Cresta successfully collected FIFA solidarity contribution following the international transfer of Thomas Foket from Belgian club KAA Gent to French club Stade Reims.
Per article 21 of the FIFA Regulations on the Status and Transfer of Players (“RSTP”), a football club that has contributed to the education and training of a professional football player shall receive a proportion of the compensation paid by the player’s new club to the player’s former club in the framework of an international transfer.
